YMC-Triart Bio C4是一款适用于蛋白质分离的有机杂化硅胶基质的大孔C4色谱柱。因可用于高温条件,因此可用于分子量到15万左右的抗体等蛋白质的分离。关于蛋白质的分析,由于该款色谱柱即使使用添加甲酸的流动相条件亦可获得良好的峰形,因此也非常适用于LC/MS的高灵敏度分析。该产品不仅适用于分离蛋白质、抗体,对在常规C18中保留过强难以分离的中小分子亦适用。
